Our Executive Board brings together professionals with backgrounds spanning flight operations, aircraft maintenance, CAMO, ground operations, training, technics and legal affairs. Together, they provide the strategic direction and specialist expertise that support HelloJets’ continued growth and operational excellence.
Tudor Constantinescu – CEO & Accountable Manager
With extensive experience in aviation, Tudor Constantinescu leads HelloJets with a strategic and forward-looking approach. As CEO and Accountable Manager, he oversees the company’s overall direction, strategic development and long-term objectives, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainable growth.
Cristian Buciu – COO
Cristian Buciu brings a strong operational background and extensive aviation-sector experience to HelloJets. As COO, he oversees the implementation of operational strategies, supports efficient day-to-day operations and works closely with key teams to continuously improve processes and performance.
Aurelian Bobei – CTO
With more than 25 years of aviation experience, Aurelian Bobei brings extensive expertise in technical operations, engineering, CAMO and airworthiness management. His leadership background spans aircraft acquisition, maintenance and technical operations, supporting HelloJets’ focus on innovation, efficiency and sustainable growth.
Bogdan Nastase – Head of Legal
Bogdan Nastase leads the legal function at HelloJets, supporting the company across its legal and regulatory requirements. His role contributes to sound decision-making and ensures that HelloJets’ activities are supported by a robust legal and compliance framework.
Ionut Matei – CAMO Director
Ionut Matei brings extensive experience in aircraft engineering, airworthiness and maintenance management. With a background covering CAMO, engineering and licensed B1 maintenance roles on Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 family aircraft, he supports HelloJets’ continued focus on airworthiness, technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
Valentin Bortos – P145 Maintenance Organization Aircraft Maintenance Manager
With around four decades of aviation maintenance experience, Valentin Bortos brings extensive expertise in aircraft maintenance, avionics, maintenance control and technical operations. His career includes senior maintenance roles at major aviation organizations and significant experience in EASA Part-145 environments, technical leadership and aircraft maintenance training.
Alexandru Silivestru – Flight Operations Director
Captain Alexandru Silivestru brings extensive experience in flight operations, with type ratings on both Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 aircraft operated within the HelloJets fleet. His operational expertise and instructor background support HelloJets’ continued commitment to safety, compliance and strong operational performance.
Catalin Turc – Ground Operations Manager
Catalin Turc brings more than two decades of aviation experience across ground operations, cargo and airport services. Having held senior Ground Operations roles at HelloJets and Blue Air, he contributes extensive expertise in operational safety, security, ground handling, compliance and network operations.
Alexandru Bagaiteanu – Crew Training Director
Alexandru Bagaiteanu combines extensive Boeing 737 operational experience with a strong background in pilot training and leadership. An ATPL holder and Boeing 737 TRI, he has accumulated approximately 9,000 flight hours and has been Chief Pilot at HelloJets since 2023.
Viorel Silivestru – Head of ATO
Viorel Silivestru leads the HelloJets Authorized Training Organization (ATO), supporting the development of highly qualified aviation professionals. In his role, he contributes to maintaining high training standards and ensuring that HelloJets’ training activities support the company’s commitment to safety, competence and regulatory compliance.
