If you have hands-on experience maintaining Boeing 737 NG or Airbus A320 aircraft, are passionate about aviation, and committed to the highest safety standards — we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on B737 NG and A320 aircraft.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ensure aircraft are safe, compliant, and flight ready.
  • Accurately complete maintenance records and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with B737 NG or A320 aircraft.
  • Aerospace Engineering Faculty is an advantage
  • Part 66 blank license is a plus
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset with high standards of safety and quality.
  • Great communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
