Aviation Engineer – MCC

HelloJets is expanding its technical team and we are looking for a dedicated Aviation Engineer – MCC to join our dynamic and safety-focused operations. If you are an aviation engineering graduate with strong technical knowledge and a passion for operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

Location: Bucharest
Schedule: Shift-based (full-time)

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are available for shift-based working schedules
• Are graduates of Politehnica University (or other relevant technical universities)
• Are engineers specialized in aviation
• Have a strong passion for aviation and technical excellence
• Are available for a full-time position

Key Knowledge & Technical Skills

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of EASA Part-M and Part-145 regulations
• Hands-on experience using OEM manuals (AMM, SRM, FIM)
• Proficiency in MEL (Minimum Equipment List) management
• Solid technical troubleshooting abilities

IT Skills

• Experience with aircraft maintenance software systems
• Good command of Microsoft Office

Operational & Soft Skills

• Decision-Making: Ability to take fast, safe and effective decisions, including in AOG situations
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
• Coordination: Ability to manage workflows between Maintenance Control and Operations Control Center (OCC)

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in a CAMO environment
• Familiarity with maintenance planning and scheduling processes
