HelloJets is expanding its Compliance Department and is looking for experienced aviation professionals to join our team as Compliance Auditors. This role is essential to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory conformity, and the highest standards of safety across our airline.

About the Role

As a Compliance Auditor, you will perform audits across various operational areas, evaluate conformity with regulatory and internal requirements, and support continuous improvement of company processes. You will collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure HelloJets maintains outstanding levels of safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Who We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking auditors with previous operational experience in one of the following areas:

• Flight Operations (Pilot)
• Cabin Crew Operations
• Ground Handling / Cargo Operations
• Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO) / Maintenance Engineering

Previous relevant experience is mandatory.
Experience in compliance, safety, quality, or auditing (IOSA, internal audits, EASA compliance, etc.) is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across assigned operational domains
• Assess compliance with EASA, ICAO, IOSA, and internal HelloJets procedures
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective action plans
• Support continuous improvement and risk-based compliance monitoring
• Coordinate with operational leaders to address non-conformities
• Participate in training, workshops, and internal standardization programs

Requirements

• Proven operational experience in Flight Ops, Cabin Crew, Ground/Cargo, or CAMO/Maintenance
• Knowledge of EASA regulations (Part-OPS, Part-CAMO, Part-145, etc.)
• Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Auditor or quality/compliance training is a plus (IOSA, internal auditor course, etc.)
• Fluency in English required
